Wow, it's tough describing myself. Like a fish describing water.
I live in Chicago with my family and dog, currently working and going to school part-time. I don't know what I'll do or be, or where I want to live someday (except that it has to be warm).
My knacks (or natural talents, I guess) are in art and English (I'd love to expand to other languages...am working on it...). As far as art, I love graphic design, film/editing, a little bit of photography, and though I hardly ever do it because I don't think I'm very good, drawing and painting. As far as English, I will definitely write a book someday. Fiction or non-fiction I don't know, or maybe I'll even become a freelancer. Anyway, writing to me is awesome (except in a classroom. I hate English classes - can anyone say prison?).
I love dogs too. I have a Golden Retriever but would someday also love to have a Pug, a Doberman Pinscher, a Newfie, some kind of very cute, tiny terrier, and lots of mutts...preferably three or four dogs at a time, when I have a big house and yard:)
When you meet me I'm a very serious person, and in general I am very serious. I think a lot about life and what things mean. But at home with my two younger brothers I'm usually a dorky goofball, and anyone who's seen this side of me can say they know me well, and that I trust them...:)
I also love films and editing. When I'm at home not doing homework or computer stuff I am watching a movie, and my experiences in the past with making home movies and editing them have me dreaming of someday owning a super nice Mac and camcorder and making wicked movies with my friends...or maybe even getting into the film industry (not as an actress, haha no way). Who knows.;D

Some interesting facts about me:
I was born in Hawaii
On December 24
I'm half Japanese (and half American)
I'm only 20 but I've moved 11 times in my life (Hawaii, Kentucky, Japan, Kentucky again, Hawaii again, Kentucky again, Chicago, and many places within those places)
I was homeschooled from the 6th grade on till I graduated with a GED
In March 2008 I traveled alone to St. Petersburg, Russia for three months to volunteer teaching English at an Elementary School
I can lick my elbow:)
I'm the only girl at my work! Haha. I love all you guys though, ur hilarious.
